معاملة تسجيل الدخول غير جيدة، ولا توجد خدمات للغرفة أبداً، والنظافة ضعيفة، موقع غير جيد ولا توجد إطلالة جيدة ، ولا توجد معاملة محترمة مع عضوية بلاتينيوم أكور أشكر الموظف إيدر لأن معاملته جيدة

We understand that the hotel's location, the view, and the check-in experience were not to your satisfaction. Otherwise, we offer à la carte cleaning services on request.We also apologize if you felt that your Platinum Accor membership was not respected, as this is not in line with our service standards. This was the nastiest room i’ve ever been in. Dirty floors, stains everywhere, disgusting carpets and the smell in the room was horrible. When we talked to the staff to complain about the cleaning, they didn’t care. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. We namned the room Mordor. And if you visit, you will know why.

Disgusting room

Carpet is extremely dirty that we couldn’t walk without shoes. So much dirt everywhere on the flooring and edges. It smells as someone has smoked in it and tried to hide it with chlorine which makes the smell even worse. If we could get our money back we would change hotel but it’s not possible. We don’t recommend anyone to stay here. Every review that has had anything positive to say about this hotel is lying. Only good thing is friendly staff even though they can’t do anything.

Terrible experience ever.

Terrible experience and Do NOT believe their pictures. Dirty, smelly, careless management and worse reception service. The reception is always chatting with other staff or pretending she/he is busy. The only smiles received you can get is house keeper, reception staff makes sure you get a long face every day, walk out/in from the entrance. This hotel has a long contract with a Chinese telecom equipment company (some Chinese guests during breakfast told me), and this Chinese company contributes many bookings. Assume this is the reason why management and reception are so arrogance and careless, because they are "safe" from guaranteed bookings, what do they care about quality and improving service. As I refer those negative comments posted before, they don't improve at all. Took some pictures while stay, being a Accor member, will definitely send to its headquarter. I don't know why this hotel dares to claim as 3 stars hotel. What a shame. Even 1 point is too much. 非常糟糕的體驗,不建議浪費金錢在這裡,糟糕的前台服務人員,非常噁心的廁所味道,以及不夠確實的清潔服務。

we made a booking in this hotel but because of the strike in France our train is canceled so we asked hotel to help about it.they refused to help and pushed us to come by flight which we could not as my wife was pregnant.we advice not to book this hotel and not support such kind of people with bad character
