Dear Thesidhartha, Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re pleased we were able to offer you access to your room before the usual check-in time — we always do our best to accommodate early arrivals when possible. Our rooms are 25 m², which is well above the Paris average, and we’re glad you found yours comfortable. While we’re located slightly outside the very center, our neighborhood offers the calm and space that can be hard to find in more central areas — with plenty of great local restaurants and easy metro access. I’m truly sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly with regard to the housekeeping service and wait times. Dear pschw5, I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience with us was disappointing, and I deeply regret the frustration you encountered throughout your stay. Please accept our sincere apologies for the impression you were left with — especially as an Accor Plus member, your loyalty is very important to us. Regarding early check-in, we understand how frustrating it can be to wait after a long journey. While we always do our best to accommodate early arrivals, it ultimately depends on availability. That said, the attitude and communication you described are certainly not in line with the level of service we strive to offer, and I will be addressing this directly with our front office team. Concerning the Junior Suite, please allow me to clarify: unlike our full Suites, the Junior Suite is a larger, open-plan room that includes a sofa or daybed, but not a separate lounge area. I understand how this may have caused confusion, especially when traveling with a child, and I’m very sorry your request for a bath was not acknowledged. I will personally look into why this was missed and follow up with our housekeeping and reservations team. As for the rooftop bar, I can absolutely see how frustrating it must have been to be turned away. The space is indeed very popular and operates mostly through advance reservations. However, if you had already dined in our Rose Bar, we should have handled this with more flexibility and better communication. We are reviewing our procedures to make this experience more transparent and guest-friendly moving forward. Once again, I’m very sorry we did not meet your expectations, especially during what should have been a comfortable and enjoyable four-night stay. Dear Helen, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you found the hotel clean, functional, and well-located for the convention center — and we're especially pleased that you enjoyed the food and appreciated the service from our team. Regarding the absence of bottled water in your room, we’d like to clarify that we have phased out single-use plastics throughout the hotel as part of our sustainability efforts. For this reason, we no longer provide plastic water bottles in rooms. Instead, we have installed filtered water fountains on every floor, offering still or sparkling water, chilled or room temperature. Today, the vast majority of our guests travel with their own reusable bottle, but for those who don’t, we’re happy to provide one at reception. We’re also sorry about the lack of replenishment for your coffee and milk condiments — this does not meet our usual standards, and we’ve shared your feedback with our housekeeping team to ensure better follow-up in the future.
