It sounds like you had a mixed experience during your stay, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you found the price for the nights reasonable. We certainly hear your comments regarding the need for more staff and the standard of our kitchen. Please know that we are actively working on both of these areas. We are in the process of recruiting additional team members to improve our service levels across the hotel. Regarding the food, we take your feedback seriously. We are reviewing our menu and kitchen processes to ensure we are delivering quality meals that reflect the prices charged. Your suggestion about the chef finding inspiration from cooking shows is noted, and we will definitely explore ways to enhance our culinary offerings. Finally, we understand the importance of keeping our younger guests entertained. We are currently looking into options for providing children's entertainment in the future.
