Stayed over with the family on our way to France. The staff are great Special shoutout to the boys Ali and Rocco for their help . Our room was quite hard to get to as there was no lift and had 3 toddlers and lots of bits to go up and down the stairs. But other than that the room was very big and relaxing. Breakfast was nice and the kids loved the swimming pool and seeing the rabbits on the grounds

Held my 65th birthday party at Great Danes Maidstone. Very friendly staff, great food, and made the party go with out a hitch. Will definitely go again. Thank you all so much. Very professional only down side was the bar where they seemed to lack a lot of the drinks requested

The Mercure was a great Stay, staff were amazing really welcoming ( Adam, Pujan and Yasman ) best about..food was great gym and health suite was really good. Bedroom had everything you need and more. Pints were out of this world and flowing hence the length of the review 🍻

Stayed at the hotel for a Xmas do , rooms are nice enough and clean. Breakfast buffet was very nice. The spa area is rather dated but still ok to use and have a pleasant swim. Staff were friendly and hotel lovely decorated for xmas. We have stayed here twice now for Xmas events

We had a lovely stay at Mercure we was greeted by the lovely Nina who was super friendly and charming. And Would like to say a special thank you to Ali and rocco for their assistance the other day . The room was ok had a nice view of the gardens.. bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was nice too .
