The place so quite and convenient. I really like the hospitality almost all people they are so cheerful. And l splet very l most credit l give to Edita she is very professional my the lord blessed her. So l wish l could come and and have a stay for a month .

Great breakfast, we could choose from yogurth, muesli, eggs, buns, sweet pastry, sausages, baked beans, mushrooms, mashed brown, fresh fruit salad, juice, coffee, tea) we liked the stuff, really helpful, carimg and smiling :) beds are co fortable, rooms not so big:)

Reception and kitchen staff are very nice. There is plenty of car parking spaces and the rooms are also nice. Everything for a good price. The breakfast and dinner is also really good. It is in a good location near lakeside so shopping centres also close by. Overall rlly good.

I’ve been a regular guest at Ibis London Thurrock for quite a while now, and every stay reminds me why I keep coming back. The team always gives me a warm welcome and makes the check-in feel quick and personal, which really sets the tone. The rooms are simple, clean, and always comfortable – the beds especially make a big difference after a long day. The staff across the board are friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, which makes a real impact when you're away from home often. I appreciate how consistently well-maintained the hotel is – housekeeping never misses a beat. The restaurant and bar offer tasty, convenient meals, and the breakfast spread has plenty of variety. Location-wise, it’s perfect – close to the M25, Lakeside, and other key spots, but still quiet and peaceful.
