Thank you Susan for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at our hotel. We are very sorry to hear that you found the hotel to be tired and dreary and that it did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment with the size of the twin room for two adults and the noise you experienced from the boiler throughout the night. We are also sorry that the food in our restaurant was underwhelming.   Your comments regarding the need for investment are noted and will be shared with our management team for review and consideration as we continually look for ways to improve our guest experience. We are, however, pleased to hear that you found our staff to be friendly. We understand your comparison to the Mercure in St Omer and regret that we did not provide you with a similarly positive experience.
