Staying here for 1 Week and from my experience of only being here one night can say that the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The man behind the counter was helpful with all my questions and informed me all about the hotel. There was a warm welcome from the restaurant from a man called Tim who was helpful with the menu and a good service.

Stayed at the Mercure for 3 nights with work, hotel big enough for a few people but I was solo. Bathroom a good size as well. The room had a few accessories such as ironing board , Iron, Hairdryer etc. Restaurant on site with bar, good was good, served by Tim who was really helpful. The reception staff were helpful as well.

Currently having a wonderful time in the mecure at tunbridge wells, room is lovely food is excellent and all the staff have been nothing short of spectacular especially Tim.
