Dear Guest, Thankyou for taking the time to leave us a review following your stayover. Whilst we are sorry to read of the issues faced, having looked into this you have booked and selected a privilege room DBA which you were allocated in as per room booking. The room in which you were looking for was a superior double DBB. The receptionist made you aware of this and unfortunately both of the above upgrades for this room style were in use. If these were available we would have offered the further upgrade to the room you were looking for having not booked this room type. We also offered other solutions for you and complimentary drink vouchers as a gesture of goodwill from the hotel. Kind Regards, Team Mercure Perth Scotland
