Dear Guest, Thank you for the review of the hotel. We are sorry to read of the issues faced over your time at the hotel. The member upgrades are dependent on the availability at the hotel, if not given this would be due to being un-available at the time. The welcome drink is found on the members app and is shown at the bar/restaurant from the guest to redeem this. The skip the clean is an Accor brand incentive and not through choice of the hotel, we can pass on the details of this to them for feedback of the brand ways of working to help improve this for guests. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. All function bookings are made aware at time of booking that we do not have a lift due to being a listed building, this is out with our control and down to the person booking the function to make their attendees aware of this. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and its apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of.
