We are deeply sorry to hear about the condition of your room, including cleanliness issues such as stained carpets, a cracked sink, and other maintenance problems that detracted from your stay. Please be assured that we take these matters seriously; we will address them with our housekeeping and maintenance teams immediately to ensure improvements are made. We understand how challenging it can be for guests traveling with pets or those who may have mobility limitations when there is no lift available. We strive to communicate all relevant information during booking, and we regret any oversight on our part regarding this matter. Thank you for your kind review. You didn't register your car to stay in the car park. The car park is not owned by the hotel, but we have an agreement that allows our customers to park for free as long as they register their vehicles. This point is covered by multiple signs, both external and internal, all clearly stating that we cannot intervene in parking disputes, and we therefore need all guests to register their vehicles. You failed to this, and got a fine. We couldn't do anything about that as our contract with the car park owner does not allow us to. Ian
