Stay at this hotel pretty regularly aways clean comfortable room with a good breakfast. Have to give a shout out to the girls on duty at breakfast Rachel and Valeral (sorry if i have misspelled your name) as we had a dog with us our breakfast area was placed in an adjacent room. Two tables and five chairs were brought to us. The girls went out of their way to accommodate our party. Thank you.

I wrote a review yesterday, but it doesn’t look like I entered it correctly, so I’m trying again! My wife and I called in for coffees, as we were passing. They have a spacious car park, and the hotel is just off the M61, near the Middlebrook shopping centre. The coffees were wonderful, much better than I expected from a hotel, and the bar area was lovely - clean and welcoming. There was a nice ‘buzz’ about the place, all customers seemed happy. Irene served us, and couldn’t have been more helpful. She was cheerful and friendly and really set the tone. At one point she noticed a disabled guest had left her handbag and rushed after her, to give it back. She’s a great ambassador for the hotel. I’ll certainly return, and I may try one of their Christmas events - they look enticing!

Second time we have been for lunch, the service and the food really lovely. It’s such a relaxing place, the staff are really welcoming and very efficient. It’s definitely one of the best in the area. The hotel is nice and warm, the views, particularly from the car park at the back are worth seeing. Thank you.

A very nice, clean and comfortable room. Good location, close to retail park and motorway with great views of Rivington. Ideal for stoy overs Staff friendly and polite as you would expect. Sports Bar very relaxing and inviting and food was spot on. Would recommend highly.

Afternoon tea What an incredible service! Everyone went above and beyond We have a voucher booked in and so glad we did! Irene was our waitress and had set up the most beautiful table for us! She took into account the fact we had a new born baby so put us in a nice quiet corner where it was toasty warm She was so welcoming and kind! As a first time mum going out with a baby and breastfeeding Irene did everything to make sure I was really comfortable and it made such a difference!!!! Our tea cups were constantly refilled and Irene arranged all our leftovers to be boxed up for us The food itself was stunning a real wow! The whole experience was relaxing and stressfree just what I needed for my first time out!
