No tea or coffee in room, Tv is very tiny and had the people next door was smoking weed could smell it from the bathroom and outside the room and even when coming out the lift. Also next door people keep us up till late having a party. Breakfast wasn’t very good, pancakes were out of order and just wasn’t much options to pick - no hot food (like All day breakfast). Wasn’t really worth the £128 just for one night. Won’t be coming back due to receptionist being rude as I mentioned about the smell on 3rd floor- disgusting!!

Our breakfast offering is clearly advertised as continental on every booking platform and on our website, and we do not claim to provide a full English at any stage of the booking process. We also take issues such as noise or smoking very seriously, and we have security on site to address these situations immediately; however, we can only intervene when guests inform us at the time, either via the QR code provided in every room or by visiting the reception desk. My partner and I stayed at this hotel on Christmas Day, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standard we expected. Upon entering the room, there was a strong smell of cannabis, which was immediately concerning. The floor was soaking wet, making the room feel unclean and unsafe. The beds were untidy, clearly not prepared properly for new guests. Even more troubling, the pillows had been left soaking wet in the sink, and there was urine still present in the toilet, indicating that the room had not been cleaned or checked at all prior to our arrival. This was meant to be a special stay on Christmas Day, and instead it was distressing and unacceptable. Basic hygiene and cleanliness standards were not met in any way. We raised this issue and are still awaiting a response from the hotel, which only adds to our disappointment. We hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the cleanliness failures and the lack of communication.

It falls far below the standards we hold ourselves to, and we are actively reviewing how this occurred and how we can prevent it from happening again. We also encourage guests to let us know about any issues as soon as they arrive, as this allows us to move you to a new room or put things right straight away. It was sleepable I give it that but I paid 191 cause of inflation of prices. The room was dusty and there was stain under my bed. It made me sick to my stomach. I complained and it felt like they put the blame on me

I don’t complain often but this needed to spoken about I stayed here late July this year and oh my god the standard was below the bar. I want to bring attention to the fact my room HAD been cleaned twice during my stay and on the last night of my stay I found a used condom in my room where the sanitary bags were kept in the bathroom and the staff did little to nothing to help they gave me a black bag and pair of gloves and said they couldn’t do anything as they didn’t have access to the housekeeping cupboard we had to use the hand soap in the room to clean everything down but I felt so incredibly dirty. If staff were to take the extra two seconds to check the room over this could have been avoided easily.
