Staff are really welcoming, friendly and efficient. The room was quiet despite being next to Canal Street, no internal noise either. The room was fine apart from the bathroom which just wasn't clean and smelt of greasy food.

Good budget hotel

A decent budget hotel, good price and in a quiet area. Close to picadilly but a bit out of the city centre, so a walk to a few places. Rooms fine - breakfast was really good too and included. Rooms pretty standard, no complaints at all. Would stay again.

Great Staff & great location for Palace Theatre

Staff were welcoming and so helpful even with doors etc. The layout was open plan reception, bar and breakfast area which was very functional if it were to get busy. We went for midweek theatre break so was pretty convenient for The Palace Theatre. Rooms was industrial functional style. Needed nothing more for our trip. Good sized bed, bathroom and plenty of coffee supplied. Additional vending machine in foyer handy if you need anything else during the night. Definitely stay again.

Disappointed

Quite disappointed. Overall, the stay was ok, it was clean and perfect location to get about, it was noisy and sounded like the window was open but it is in a busy area where night life is, so nothing can be done about that really. But the customer service is not the best, not very good with answering phones and responding to emails, I left my prescription glasses in the room and I have rang a few times with a few times not answered and the other times they have no idea what is going on, can't give answers or get back to me. Taken details twice. Shocking customer service, really. Obviously, I'm not getting my glasses back.

Hotel will not return item left in room

Hotel its self was satisfactory, however I left my AirPods in the room when checking out and contacted the hotel the same day in order to get them back however they did not reply to my email. I then called them and they said they will look and update me the next morning via phone or email, they never did. I am now attempting to contact them again but it seems they would rather not reply to any emails. This is an expensive item which I know was left on the bed side shelf in room 203 and yet no attempt has been made by the staff to return the item to me.
