We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with room access, internet, and the air conditioning. Unfortunately, some of these challenges were related to ongoing renovation work and maintenance, which temporarily affected our usual services. Our team did their best to assist you under these circumstances, and we regret that it was not enough to provide a smooth experience. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m very sorry to hear about the heating issues you and your daughter encountered during your stay, especially at such a festive time. I completely understand how uncomfortable and disappointing this must have been, and I apologise for the inconvenience caused. We appreciate your understanding regarding the hotel being fully booked and the prompt response from our team to provide an extra heater. I’m sorry you felt unable to enjoy your stay fully and that the bathroom conditions impacted your experience. Your feedback about the known issue on the 9th floor is valuable, and we are working closely with maintenance to resolve it as soon as possible to prevent future disruptions.
