位置方便，离piccadilly火车站步行只需要几分钟。楼下附近就有freebus停靠站，旅行游玩非常方便。店员热情，服务周到，前台、bar和餐厅热情提供各种协助。

我們第一晚洗澡時發現酒店沒有可移動的花灑，和沒有護髮素。而且洗手間並不乾淨。 在吹頭時，一開風筒，風筒便冒煙並發出火光，然後裏面的風扇葉碎了，吹到我一整床都是玻璃碎。我到前枱投訴，他只給了我一個新風筒。然後那晚上我和我太太便要自己在床上清理玻璃碎。然後第二天清潔工人沒有打掃我們房間。整體表演十分差。
