You get exactly what you expect of a Mercure in the UK, decent sized rooms, very clean and well presented. Location is great for TW and Tonbridge, huge car park and easy access roads. Breakfast was substantial, well cooked and laid out well.

I am a Registered disabled person as is my husband. My husband was meeting a friend in this Hotel for coffee. He exited his car which he left in the Disabled Parking Bay and asked the receptionist if it was ok to park in this spot by the entrance and her reply was AS LONG AS YOU DISPLAY YOUR DISABLED PARKING BADGE YOU WILL BE FINE very short and to the point as she was going off duty. Just before Christmas we received a PARKING FINE OF £60 which l appealed. BEWARE WHEN PARKING AT THIS HOTEL.

Rooms are nice and service in the restaurant is very good. Good selection of food on the menu. Holly is great and always greets with a smile!

Refused to answer my question on my booking

Hotel deliberately dodged my question on car parking more than once. It appears that they charge residents for parking quite a lot but I couldn't get an answer out of them so safer to cancel a hotel that is dishonest with their booked guests.
