My first solo hotel experience, very nice room, large comfortable bed, great entertainment system and bathroom facilities, my only request would to provide bottled water in the room, and the service is very good, I finish work very late at 00:00-01:30 and come back to very nice staff good food and drink, and a comfortable environment to unwind after a long shift, I would definitely 100% recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area, and I’m happy to be here for another week. Thank you all- Jacob

Considering Gatwick is limit with hotels compared to Heathrow, for the cost and value for money I would stay here every time. Reasonable parking cost compared to elsewhere, however the parking is quite cramped. The staff were very very good. We had a work package delivered and they stored it and delivered it to us with no issues at all. Quick check in, and even ordering food at 12.30 in the morning the manager told us to go relax in the room and he would bring it up. The room is also great. Modern, clean, extra pillows and a huge tv. Good WiFi connection and very good black out blinds. Would 100% recommend staying here

Comfy night, really handy for the airport. Staff friendly, breakfast good and everything very clean. Would not recommend the club sandwich from the main menu. Local buses are £2 cheaper each way than the hotel shuttle and more frequent. Stops just outside hotel and only takes 5 minutes. Not as expensive as other Gatwick hotels.

The key cards never work/expire multiple times throughout stay or at least once a day. Rooms are tiny and couldn’t turn the heat off. Like a sauna. Can only imagine how awful in the summer. Staff are rude. They entered my room without permission in an attempt to move my belongings to a different room. My colleague stopped them from doing so since I wasn’t at the hotel. Gym is tiny and minimal and sad. Overall, a horrible stay. Hope to never return. 0/10

The hotel is perfectly located for our weekend trip . My double room is fitted with all a travellers needs, hairdryer , iron and ironing board, and so clean. The buffet style food was delicious, plentiful and a lovely selection. Our host Adrian was so helpful.
