Would like to recommend this hotel to everyone. Staff is really helpful and always cheers up with a smile. Have stayed here several times and never disappointed. Rooms are always clean, tidy and comfortable. Lots of good places to shop near by. No charging of parking and the hotel is also pet friendly.

The woman named edyta at check in was overly nice and welcoming and was great help as she guided us to our room and was very fast with the service so far this is the best IBIS hotel I have ever visited out of all of the franchise very clean room and nice staff

100% A lovely Hotel. Good size rooms nice beds always cleaned everyday. Lovely Staff who are always ready to help with anything and whom are always welcoming. Breakfast are amazing something i tend to look forward too. Car park is big enough so there is no need to worry about parking. The location of the hotel is in a perfect area as it’s near lakeside shopping mall and all other outlets.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Ibis hotel. First of all, the cleanliness was outstanding – the room was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. It’s clear that the staff takes hygiene and guest comfort seriously. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. From check-in to check-out, everyone was welcoming, helpful, and well-trained. They assisted me with directions, gave great recommendations, and responded quickly to any requests. The breakfast was also a highlight – fresh, varied, and delicious. There were plenty of options for all tastes, and everything was well organized. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay.
