The unpleasant odor you encountered in Room 201 is concerning, and we apologize for the discomfort it caused. Such issues are not typical of our establishment, and we are investigating the matter to prevent future occurrences.​ Regarding the firmness of the bed, we understand that comfort preferences vary.
