We stayed at the Ibis London Thurrock M25 in November 2025 as a couple and had an excellent experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Jolanta and Erica were especially friendly and helpful, which made our stay even nicer. Great value — we would happily return.

I have stayed at this hotel with my family and we all were pleased with our stay. The staff was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed our dinner as well. I highly appreciated how welcome we were. The management should be very proud to have such a great team on board

Lovely hotel with amazing staff, the room was spotless and we had a great sleep. It is a good hotel if you are looking for a place to stay near London. The breakfast had loads of choices, so we also enjoyed it very much. We also very much liked the atmosphere in the bar and lobby.Thank you to all Ibis Team for making us feel welcome 🥳

Amazing hotel with an amazing people, was so glad that i made this choice to stay in this hotel, staff were very helpful and kind. Room was spacious and very clean, with good shower facilities. Food was amazing also, as i had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Really good value for money, with amazing atmosphere. Excellent location that is surrounded by lakeside shopping centre.
