We have visited the club lounge on level 8, and we have been impressed by the good and friendliness service of Alexandra, she made us laugh and feel like home. The food and the drinks were perfect. When we first came in Alexandra quickly took our drinks orders and then she explained to us how the lounge was working and everything ended up being perfect. Good view as well

Amazing food - amazing staff, highly recommend Alexandria (a wonderful waitress / server) she is a credit to your team at the Sofitel. We are flying out the next day and upgraded last minute - 100% worth while the money spent, especially after spending so much more way in the airport in 2023.

Bar staff dishonest

Bar staff (Islam Asraful) serves you doubles without you asking!! I ordered (a) Tia Maria and Coke and he took it upon himself to make it a double at a cost of £16.70 and added an an additional service charge on top for the privilege, nearly £20 for one drink. Don’t bother bring your own and stay in your room.
