Hotel staff went over and beyond to make us feel welcome. It was our special anniversary & got upgraded. Room was so comfortable with welcome anniversary fruit and sweet bowl. Used the lounge and could not fault selection available. Alexandra made the visit there so welcoming and again went over and beyond to cater for my wife’s a gluten free diet! Well done Sofitel Staff you did a great job! We will be back

The ambiance at Le Petit Reveur was lacking somewhat as is always the case with a hotel dining room used for breakfast as well as dinner. The lights would have been better dimmed a little. Nevertheless our waiters were very helpful and friendly and the food was good. At breakfast our waitress was very good at bringing the requested gluten free toast but the scrambled eggs, freshly delivered from the kitchen to the buffet, were lukewarm to cold. My husband ‘s cooked breakfast, from the buffet, was definitely not hot. We did comment to the waitress but she did not seem unduly concerned.

Stayed for 1 night due to early morning flight to the far east. Hotel was great, clean, comfortable, nice eating areas and bar, good breakfast in the morning with plenty of choice. Felt relaxed and refreshed prior to long haul flight. Would recommend

Not cheap but good

Booked in last minute when there was the South Terminal bomb scare when we were unsure whether we would be able to get home in time before the trains stopped. It wasn't cheap but the room was very nice, very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities. We ate in the Asian restaurant (Vanda) and can highly recommend the squid and prawn starters and the chicken krapow main. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice. Self service, but coffee and tea brought by the waitress.

Stay over before long haul flight

Stayed here one night on our way to Jamaica. Checkin staff were very friendly and efficient, room was spacious and bed and pillows were super comfy! We also had a great view of the runway. We ate in Vanda restaurant and was amazing! We are already booked here to stay again before our next long haul flight, would highly recommend.
