We would highly recommend staying at this hotel. We stayed here for 1 night as our flight was cancelled and we would definitely come back. The manager Neil was really helpful as we had a couple issues with the booking but all was resolved and he went up and above to resolve it. The hotel is lovely and modern with 5-10 mins drive to the North Terminal. We also had breakfast which was great. Thanks again.

Lovely hotel and brilliant staff, they helped us with luggage and great breakfast. The rooms were a decent size, ibis hotel accommodated us at the last minute after the cancellation of our flight to India. This was first class service from them as most hotels were full.

Amazing stay thank you to Rodriguez and the lady who checked us in with her positive charm thank you rooms great food lovely staying Wednesday after our flight so looking forward too it .great night sleep before flight beds amazing staying overnight after our flight so cannot wait

Excellent Hotel nice concepts for breakfast Smooth was simple and effective staff friendly Special mention to Brandon who works in the kitchen , Great staff member . Great hospitality , needs a phone in the room. Hotel needs to get their personal shuttle to the airport however public buses are always running
