Room - was ok clean and had everything we needed, no cleaning whilst there, towels was not changed, cleaning once a week. Breakfast- absolutely shocking wouldn't waste your money, scrambled egg, pancakes and sausage (definitely wasn't sausage) no bread for toast. Staff - there was one female staff member was absolutely lovely couldn't do enough for you, the rest of the staff was rude and ignorant and you could tell they just couldn't be bothered with the guests. Location - walking distance to everything, 15 minutes from airport.

Not a good experience at all, will probably not stay at adagio hotels again. Check in staff asked for my card at the hotel, but received an email days after my check out requesting for payment of the hotel stay. Typically, this would have been charged upfront during presenting my card during check in. Staff were not necessarily helpful, bf there wasn’t a receptionist at the counter during the nights. The property did not require a key card access at the main door nor the lifts - lacking security throughout. Accor Plus members are entitled to complimentary drinks - but redemption left a bad taste. We asked for water but were told that it needed to be offset with 2 redemption tickets as it was a larger bottle compared to other bottled drinks… Location wise, it is very far from the train station and city centre (about 20-30mins walk). If you are looking for a quiet and calm stay, do note that there are lots of children. Cleanliness wise, it was disgusting. The kettle in the room had mouldy water inside with particles floating. Apartment floor was extremely dusty and sticky. Towels were worn off and the shower product was a 3-in-1. Only good thing from this stay was the welcome snacks and bottle of apple juice given.

タオル類の清潔さがあまり良くなかった。他のレビューでも見たが新しいタオルに髪の毛が付いていることが何度もあった。これは委託業者を変更すべきだと思います。 無料で炭酸水やコーヒーをいつでも提供してくれる(時にはケーキやパンも)のはとてもありがたいです。 ロビーも広くて、子供が遊べるスペースまでありました。

Stayed for business during Gamescom. Website made the hotel look great and reception was lovely. But the overall stay was terrible. Having stayed in other excellent Aparthotel as this was a massive disappointment. First due to the convention prices were £500+ a night rather than £100 and the hotel is not even slightly worth this. It’s essentially glorified student accommodation. The corridors stank to the point you had to hold your breath. Everywhere was constantly dark. The walls in my room were literally duct taped together. The showers had zero water pressure and the beds very uncomfortable. One or two members of staff were lovely. Whilst others were exceptionally rude. Will not be staying again or recommending for colleagues.

> We are writing to formally express our deep dissatisfaction with our recent stay at the hotel, from 12-15.05.2025. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below our expectations and caused significant distress to me and my family. I would like to bring the following issues to your attention: > > Dirty Room Upon Arrival: When we first entered our room, we were shocked to find it in a very unclean state. Despite informing the reception and making complaints, no action was taken. We had to purchase cleaning products ourselves and clean both the room and the bathroom to make it tolerable. > Bed Bugs: The most serious issue was the presence of bed bugs in the bed, which bit our children all over their bodies. This required a visit to the pharmacy and a consultation with a doctor. We are now forced to wash and disinfect all of our clothing and luggage. > Room Change, Same Conditions: After an inspection by a hotel staff member, bed bugs were found and we were moved to another room but unfortunately, the hygiene conditions were equally poor. > Unclean Linens and Towels: The bed sheets and towels were dirty and clearly had not been properly washed. > Unclean Facilities: The fridge, surfaces, and bathroom were also in unacceptable condition. > Burnt-Out Bathroom Light: One of the bathroom lights was burned out and was never replaced during our stay, even after we reported it. > Insufficient Kitchen Equipment: The kitchen was poorly equipped. The coffee machine capsules provided were enough for only one day and for two people, although we were more guests. > Lack of Communication About Building Access: We were not informed that after 11:00 PM, a card is needed to enter the building. As a result, we were left waiting outside for ten minutes, unsure of how to get in. > > This experience has not only caused us discomfort but has also affected our health and well-being. We expected basic hygiene and clear communication, but unfortunately, neither was provided. > > > We kindly requested a meeting before our departure at 13.00, an appropriate response and full refund for the inconvenience and additional expenses we incurred due to inappropriate hygiene issues we encountered. The hotel manager Mrs. Thissen refused to see us!! We have Photos of the room conditions and the bits on the kids bodies....
