When checking in the front desk was very rude and dismissive of me. Then on our second day of stay 2 hotel workers walked straight into our room at 9am, with cause or reason. When calling the front desk to complain,they did not even apologize, they told us to hang the do not disturb sign on the outside of the door, which we had already done the day before and told them that, it was there when the 2 employees walked into our room, they completely dismissed our complaint and said if the the sign is on the door it should be fine. The room needed to be cleaned better, we had a dirty towel and hair in the bed. Would not recommend this hotel.

Very comfy modern hotel by Cologne's cathedral. Every main site in the city is reachable by foot while you enjoy the city life. Conviniently located for a night stroll and to take some great pictured of Cologne's skyfall. Breakfast has a big range of food, that suits all tastes and needs.

Rooms were nice, but the hotel restaurant could do with either more choice on their menu or changing it. Would also benefit from a proper bar, when you consider it is a four star hotel. Location itself is great, and the staff are incredibly helpful.

It was everything we needed. Brilliant location, comfy bed, good pillows and excellent water pressure in the shower. We didn't need anything else.
