We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our exceptional location and found our hotel to offer good value for money. It is also encouraging to know that our team was able to respond quickly when the issues with the washbasin and the room lighting were reported. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues you encountered and for the aspects of cleanliness and room condition that did not fully meet your expectations. We also appreciate your comments regarding the carpet and your suggestion concerning flooring. Feedback such as yours is valuable and helps us identify areas for future improvements.
