Estimado Señor S., Le agradecemos por haberse tomado el tiempo de compartir su experiencia tras su estancia en ibis Styles Paris CDG Airport. Lamentamos sinceramente que su habitación no haya cumplido completamente con sus expectativas, en particular por el tamaño, el estado de las toallas y almohadas, así como los olores percibidos.
