Sometimes I like the hustle and bustle and the international flair of an airport hotel. As often I am in the greater Paris area I try to stay in this hotel. Modern and straight forward design with lots of parking space under the hotel. Nice rooms, good beds, alsways clean. Friendly and helpful staff. I read the restaurants seems to be overpriced but I can't see this. The food is excellent and good food has its price so good value for the money in my opinion. Breakfast buffet top. As mentioned before I just like this hotel and will for sure stay more often in the future on my business trips which will bring me in the area.

We travel in and out of Paris multiple times each year and typically spend the night at the airport before an early departure home. We used to stay at the Hyatt before discovering the Pullman. It so SO MUCH BETTER. While the rooms are just average, the location is great, right on the subway line. The real bonus is the restaurant which is as good as most in France. It can be busy though because I suspect people come from surrounding hotels. Make a reservation when securing your room. On last visit, when meals were slow, staff comped our main courses! Over the top great service. We will be back. Cleanliness marked down because we were given an uncleaned room and we had to be moved. Staff shortages I suspect.

We had another wonderful stay here as a family of 3 plus our dog. The staff was so kind and accommodating. They brought us a blanket and bowls for our dog. We had a delicious dinner from room service. The room was spacious and the bed so comfortable. We also appreciated the fitness items provided in the room. Thank you so much!

The Pullman Paris at the airport was absolutely perfect. From the easy, professional check-in, to the great happy hour at the bar, to the wonderful supper in the restaurant, to the large, comfortable double suite, everything was just right. No one put a foot wrong, nothing disappointed. We were only there for one night, but we would not hesitate to stay again.

Breakfast is the issue

Breakfast experience not at the level I know and expect from a Pullman. Welcome agent only checked room number, did not seat me. Then after I had chosen a table and brought breakfast to it another member of staff asked me to move tables This to the centre of a too small and overcrowded area of the restaurant which is ludicrous in covid times. They should do the opposite. Breakfast buffet was poor. Egg station was not manned. Most dishes were empty. Only protein available was the 3 seaussages left at the bottom of a pan. Fruit was tinned - no fresh fruit. There was a total mess on the counter/ open kitchen. Nobody offered a warm drink - even had to ask several times for cappuccino. Clearly issues all around so it must have been the B team on service that day. I know this establishment can and must do better.

I have seen a supposedly "deluxe room" with so many stains on the carpet. I also almost fell when using the desk chair, the screws on which were missing... And the replacement chair I asked for over the phone never arrived before I had to go downstairs to ask for one...

My overall opinion about the hotel is very good. However I was not to please with the restaurant. When I arrived the buffer was closed at 7:30 pm. This is too early considering the guest arrival time. Unfortunately the menu card after the buffer is very limited and with few choices.

Room was dirty! Found hair in my bed. Carpet was covered in stains. Walls had marks all over. Complained and they changed my room. Did not even ask to help me shift or if I needed anything. No sense of service.

Lovely staff, great location for an overnight at CDG. Used the swimming and sauna facilities in the past (not this time) and they're great! Food, beers etc akin to Champs Elysees pricing and a bit dear other than that, will use again

I regularly stay in the Pullmann, it is one of the best options when staying in the CDG airport area. A short 2 minute train ride from the terminals, and right at the metro station to Paris, the location is just perfect. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, sheets and pillows perfect and the hotel has a nice modern flair. Breakfast is good and there is a nice bar if you've got nothing to do in the evening. I'll stay there again!

Been a regular for the past years. Their hamman has been out of service since last summer and they dont post anywher it’s out of service. A group of local kids were drinking blasting music at the pool area and when i complained to the receptionist, no apologies and no they cannot guarantee it wont happen again and no they cannot cancel my next reservation. I already left a review and i see now they deleted it. Incredible. Zero customer service. Zero recommendation

For us, its proximity to the terminals makes this an easy place to stay before flying transatlantic but more than that we enjoy the vibe of the hotel, the rooms which are very well designed and comfortable and the restaurant is excellent. we highly recommend it.

Smiling staff, clean & spacious room, hotel is located 100m from airport shuttle this is a good place to stay if you have to catch an early flight. Only down side is the restaurant, up until recently the food was very good, the change of menu/chef has resulted in a significent drop in quality.

Linked to the terminal by a very convenient free shuttle cdgval the hotel provides quality services . When carrying suitcases and coming from the station , the last 15 meters needs a more convenient place to roll on .

From the check in till check out, this stay was very average. Front desk team speaking few words of english, having to repeat 3 times the same thing before they start catching my words. Clearly said i would be leaving at 6.30 am the next day and was proposed a breakfast box whereas the buffet breakfast open at 6 am (just realized upon check out). As a platiunum member i wonder still why i continue supporting Accor Hotels afer 20 years... time soon to say goodbye

We booked the hotel specifically to use the hammam. I have a medical condition that after long flight steam is required for my sinuses in order to breath properly. We were very disappointed to find that the hammam was not functioning.

Great hotel, very close to CDG (no taxi required - just two stops on free airport train system). Room Layout was perfect for a couple. Very nice staff. Room service was tasty and efficient. Surprisingly quiet. Nice size room.

The front desk staff was helpful and kind. The lobby and restaurant smelled like plumbing problems. Because of the location, which is very convenient to the airport but also remote from any other options, we had our most expensive dinner in all of Paris with poor quality and service.

Got a good room at a good price so thought I'd have a drink at the bar. E16.00 for a glass of white wine made sure I only had one. Restaurant prices were expensive also but fortunately there are cheaper options at other nearby hotels which I took up.
