One of my favorites in Ile de France

Sometimes I like the hustle and bustle and the international flair of an airport hotel. As often I am in the greater Paris area I try to stay in this hotel. Modern and straight forward design with lots of parking space under the hotel. Nice rooms, good beds, alsways clean. Friendly and helpful staff. I read the restaurants seems to be overpriced but I can't see this. The food is excellent and good food has its price so good value for the money in my opinion. Breakfast buffet top. As mentioned before I just like this hotel and will for sure stay more often in the future on my business trips which will bring me in the area.

We travel in and out of Paris multiple times each year and typically spend the night at the airport before an early departure home. We used to stay at the Hyatt before discovering the Pullman. It so SO MUCH BETTER. While the rooms are just average, the location is great, right on the subway line. The real bonus is the restaurant which is as good as most in France. It can be busy though because I suspect people come from surrounding hotels. Make a reservation when securing your room. On last visit, when meals were slow, staff comped our main courses! Over the top great service. We will be back. Cleanliness marked down because we were given an uncleaned room and we had to be moved. Staff shortages I suspect.

We had another wonderful stay here as a family of 3 plus our dog. The staff was so kind and accommodating. They brought us a blanket and bowls for our dog. We had a delicious dinner from room service. The room was spacious and the bed so comfortable. We also appreciated the fitness items provided in the room. Thank you so much!

The Pullman Paris at the airport was absolutely perfect. From the easy, professional check-in, to the great happy hour at the bar, to the wonderful supper in the restaurant, to the large, comfortable double suite, everything was just right. No one put a foot wrong, nothing disappointed. We were only there for one night, but we would not hesitate to stay again.
Breakfast is the issue

Breakfast experience not at the level I know and expect from a Pullman. Welcome agent only checked room number, did not seat me. Then after I had chosen a table and brought breakfast to it another member of staff asked me to move tables This to the centre of a too small and overcrowded area of the restaurant which is ludicrous in covid times. They should do the opposite. Breakfast buffet was poor. Egg station was not manned. Most dishes were empty. Only protein available was the 3 seaussages left at the bottom of a pan. Fruit was tinned - no fresh fruit. There was a total mess on the counter/ open kitchen. Nobody offered a warm drink - even had to ask several times for cappuccino. Clearly issues all around so it must have been the B team on service that day. I know this establishment can and must do better.
