I travel to France often for work but this was my first time bringing my wife & 3 kids. I was completely disappointed with the disrespect I received from the manager and the way my family was treated. Save your money & sanity: stay at another hotel at CDG or look at one of the AirBnB houses close by. We booked a suite for 1 night before our morning flight from CDG. I was informed by Ndeye at the front desk that only 4 people are allowed in the room so I would need to purchase an additional room - even though my 3 kids are all young (under 12). After speaking to the manager I agreed and we booked the additional room only to find out our originally booked room wasn't ready even though it was 1.5 hours after check-in. I was frustrated but respectful. After waiting in the lobby with the 3 kids I asked if my wife could go to the 2nd room we just booked instead of waiting for both rooms. It's now 4p, 2 hrs after check-in. The manager refused, stating, "How do I know you all won't go into the 1 room together." I was confused. Since I had now booked 2 rooms why would I only use one? She rudely insisted that we might "try to get 5 people into 1 room," questioning my integrity and prohibiting anyone from accessing the room that was available. Her attitude and demeanor the entire exchange was short and dismissive - clearly she had pre-decided what type of guests we might be. I can overlook the mistakes at the restaurant and the malfunctioning A/C, but disrespectful treatment by staff is intolerable. I never expect kindness from strangers but I also don't expect unkindness from people in the service sector. And she was very unkind. It was unnecessary, unprofessional and not what I'd expect for the rate & ranking of this hotel. Do better. Hire better.

You can take the automatic train running between Terminal 2 and Terminal 1, stopping at Terminal 3/Roissypole station. From there, it’s a short walk to the hotel. 2. Modern Building: The hotel features a modern design and structure. 3. Spacious Rooms: The hotel rooms are nice and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. 4. Convenience Shops: There are a few convenience shops located in the train station nearby. 5. Transport Options: The RER train to Paris is accessible from the nearby train station, providing a convenient option for travel into the city. Cons: 1. Busy Lobby: The hotel lobby is quite busy, leading to potential wait times for check-in and check-out. 2. Isolated Area: The area around the hotel is fairly isolated, with limited amenities beyond the convenience shops in the train station. 3. Accor System Issues: The Accor system was not functioning well during my stay, requiring me to ask for my benefits manually. Conclusion: Overall, the Pullman Hotel at Roissy Airport offers a modern and comfortable stay with spacious rooms and good accessibility. While the lobby can be busy and the surrounding area somewhat isolated, the convenience of transport options, including the RER train to Paris, adds to its appeal.

First of all the checking was not up to part. The room was good and clean. But when it came to order room service it was a disaster. We waited for our food for an hour. Before that We try calling 3 times to order from them through the phone. Until someone said come down and order the food at the restaurant. When downstairs and order the food. Finally arrive and it was terrible. The asparagus looked like it had fallen from the plate and was thrown back. The bread from the burger was burned. We accepted the food because we were very hungry. Otherwise we would have returned it. Over all it was a terrible experience.

Expensive hotel that does not provide bottled water, good TV, and there are no amenities near by. When I asked the front desk (en français) where I could get cough syrup (sirop de toux), she didn't understand what I wanted to buy! When I asked for a pharmacy, I was told we would have to take a shuttle to get there but she had no idea how long that would take. Not worth the cost at all!

Stayed one night for an early start next day. Hotel opposite terminal 3 exit on the airport train shuttle service so really handy connecting from and to the terminals. Restaurant was busy. Menu and food choices good. Staff ok, maybe more professional than friendly but no complaints. Room was a good size and hotel was modern and clean. Definitely a good spot for a layover.
