Excellent from top to bottom. Clean, fine service, great bed, quiet, elegant, terrace overlooking the pool. Buffet breakfast good. Dinner buffet excellent. Fine location with good access to sights, restaurants, activities and more. Would definitely come back.

From check in to check out excellent Front desk friendly and they remembered me and my wife from last year. Yassir in the restaurant goes above and beyond to be of good service I got a cold and he made me a special tea with herbs and a lemon drink to sooth my throat. Everyday friendly and greats us happily with a smile A++++ Everyone here is so helpful Would recommend to anyone Robert and Wafa Baker

Buffet Lunch

I’m a Regular customer of Your Hotel ( I was last year) but today (16/10/2022) I was very disappointed with the Lunch Buffet. There was a large selection of Food but the quality was less then average. I was excited to taste the chicken with the Mushroom sauce but unfortunately the sauce was very thick and sour. If you are looking for 5 star Hotel buffet lunch do consider same place instead

Great pool/ beach area but average food

A friend and I visited the hotel for a week in October 2022, we had a pleasant stay generally with a mix of service received. The service from Mariame in Concierge was excellent, very friendly, easy to communicate with, super attentive and always aiming to make the guest stay as enjoyable as possible. She was able to help us arrange transport, day trips and assist with personal requests - for sure our experience with her was one of the highlights of the trip. I would also recommend the spa, very pleasant service, offering hammans, massages and beauty treatments and of good quality. I would highly recommend therapist Kawtar whom I received excellent service from and was super friendly. Despite some of the great service we received, we were frustrated with some of the service at the hotel restaurant, a couple of times being asked to pay rather than charging to our room because of miscommunication between the restaurant and reception. At times the service was slow, and incorrect orders received, the communication was a challenge and food in general was average for what is supposedly a 5 star. The pool and beach area is certainly the draw of the hotel, great for spending a lot of time here. There is not much to do outside of the hotel so be prepared to spend a lot of time at the hotel/ do day trips.

Horrible Experience

I went to spend the day, and had an awful experience. They sold me the pool day passes at $50 each, then they told me there was no sun bed available, they sat us down at a garden table and I got yelled at by 3 staff members. We didn’t even use the pool, and had our family join for lunch (very overpriced for what it was). The wind blew away our umbrella, so we asked one of the staff members to replace it, and they said they’d only replace it if all the family pays $50 each, even if they don’t want to swim, and although we each had a meal and paid a hefty bill. I have been going to this hotel ever since it opened to spend the day, and this year is by far the worst. Terrible management, rude staff, and overpriced food. Will never go there again as long as the way the hotel is run remains the same.
