Personels are so kind and helpfull. The room is clean and fresh. Breakfast is rich and included all turkish delights. Especially one of İzmir delight is so crispy and delicious that is called Boyoz.

I had a good stay at the Ibis Izmir Alsancak hotel. The room was neat and clean. Gulcen did a wonderful job cleaning our room each day and she was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and delicious, and I enjoyed it every day. The room was nice and quiet. I noticed that the window did a very good job of shutting out noise from outside. I have a couple suggestions for improvement. My room key stopped working numerous times, even though I was not keeping it next to my phone. It is very annoying to have to go back downstairs and wait for a new key after going up to the room. It would be helpful if the hotel used a better key system with keys that did not break frequently. I also noticed 2 nights where I could smell cigarette smoke in my room even though I had a non-smoking room. Overall, my stay was good. Thank you for your service.
