All the staff were fantastic friendly and helpful. Dining room staff are exceptional, some of them remembered us from our last 2 stays Wouldn't hesitate to go back. Hotel was very clean, maintenance going on all around. However while Housekeeping was great there were a few little details that could be improved on. Needed to ask for extra toilet paper, my Partners pillow had a small spot of blood on it instead of changing it they moved to the other side of bed and turned it over. Now your sheets don't get changed during your stay unless you request, I think beds should be changed weekly if you are staying longer. On one of the day's the toilet needed cleaning and wasn't, so I did that. But overall I would be happy to go back. I worked in this industry many years ago. Value for money with many included extras. Was always pleasant, staff always acknowledged you when leaving or coming back.Was always clean. We used the pool, the restaurant for included evening dinner and always breakfast buffet,catering for different cultures.
