The hotel boasts a fantastic location, just a short walk from both the beach and nearby shopping areas. It appears they are currently renovating their rooms, and we likely stayed in one of the older ones. Unfortunately, the sliding door to the bathroom was broken when we arrived. While the maintenance team worked on a temporary fix, the door never fully closed, and if it did, you risked getting stuck inside. On the bright side, the air conditioning was excellent, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was a standout feature, offering a wide variety of options, including dedicated stations for pancakes, coffee, and eggs. The chicken bacon was a particular favorite! One area for improvement would be managing the pool loungers. Many guests reserved them as early as 6:30 AM by placing towels, only to leave for breakfast and occupy them for the rest of the day, which was quite inconsiderate. A sign discouraging this behavior would be beneficial. The adults-only infinity rooftop pool was a highlight, offering a tranquil and relaxing space, and the gym, while small, was clean and well air-conditioned. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and once the room renovations are complete, the experience will likely be even better. I highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic resort, loved the service, buffet breakfast, dinner in restaurant. Our room was large and clean. The spa was beautiful with great packages to choose from and excellent service. The pools were outstanding, amazed the amount of times we were the only ones in either pool area, never an issue getting a sun lounger. Great drinks always gave us bowls of peanuts with the drinks and loved the trumpet player there on Friday afternoon. Highly recommend.

The staff (especially Ibu Ayu Dewi, Fito, Catherine, Heri, and Frans) have been very helpful in helping me surprised my boyfriend. I ordered a cake and asked it to be placed in the room as part of the surprise, however, there is a delay with the delivery from the store. but The staff @pullman was very helpful in maintaining contact with the delivery person, prepare candles, and even matches. The service and attention to details have surprised not only my boyfriend but also me as well! very very good job! no words can describe how well they increase my satisfaction with the services

Excellent location close to the beach and shopping. I believe they are renovating their deluxe rooms and think we got an older room, but the aircon worked well and we were comfortable. Very extensive buffet breakfast with separate pancake, coffee and egg stations. A tip for the hotel would be to put up a sign regarding reserving pool loungers - we saw a lot of people put towels down as early as 630am and then disappear which is pretty selfish behaviour. The adults only infinity rooftop pool was lovely and the gym, although not huge, had good air conditioning and was very clean. Overall we had a great stay.
