My husband and I recently had the most amazing 13 nights at the Pullman Legian, and it was the perfect hotel for us to switch off and relax. We had organised an arrival transfer with the hotel, and despite our flight arriving late and the long processing delays through customs, our driver was waiting for us as promised. We were quickly checked in upon arrival, and received a fantastic room upgrade due to being Platinum Accor members. Our room over-looked the beautiful gardens of the hotel, had a seperate living area, and two bathrooms. It was such a great space for us! Each morning we had the most amazing breakfast in the restaurant which had a wide variety of local and International food options. One of our favourites was the pancake and waffle station which we enjoyed each morning, and even had icecream available! An absolute highlight for us was the staff in the restaurant. We had the pleasure of meeting Leoni on our first morning, and the service she provided was outstanding. It was actually quite sad saying goodbye to her on our last day, as she really provided a memorable experience and looked after us so well. Haity, Ari and all the Guest Experience and Restaurant Managers were fantastic also, and checked in with us each day to see if there was anything we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. Thank you Haity for your recommendation of the fresh pineapple and mint juice that we enjoyed each morning. Thank you also to the great housekeeping team who did such a beautiful job when servicing our rooms, and for the warm greetings we received from them each time we walked to and from our room. The location of the hotel was great also - positioned right across the road from Legian Beach and close to many local restaurants, bars, and shopping vendors. We enjoyed relaxing in the infinity pool located on level 3, and also used the ground floor fitness centre which provided great facilities for a work-out. We can't thank the staff enough for everything they did to make our stay so enjoyable and we will remember this holiday for a very long time. We highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely be returning in the future. Scott & Stewart. 🌝

Such a great Hotel with 5 star staff, the lovely attention to detail by staff members. We are returning to the location with a BIG Thank You to all the staff noting the great service from Arya in customer experience department. Haitte, Seni, Lina, Ayu Eka along with Chef Wayan who prepared some special food when not feeling well. One more for the super service from the Pullman Twins Dipa and Depa 🙏🏼

Enjoyed our stay, but can get better value elsewhere

Stayed as a family of 4 in a one bedroom suite. Kids are 2 and 4. Location is excellent. Hotel grounds are beautiful. Our room was spacious and clean with 2 bathrooms, big balcony and lounge area. However room only had one king size bed which seems a bit silly for a family booking. Extra bed can be set up at additional cost but I feel this should be free due to cost of the room. We didn't bother with this as kids end up in bed with us anyway and bed was big enough for the 4 of us. Breakfast was great with lots to choose from and great coffee selection. Pancakes were delicious! We were impressed with the gym. Checked out kids club and staff was lovely with lots of activities every day but we didn't use it. All staff were so lovely. The security guys especially were always so great with our kids and welcomed us back to the hotel each day with high fives and smiles. Downsides... Restaurant was overpriced for the quality. We dined one night for the seafood themed dinner. It was an incredibly expensive dinner, $140 for dinner and 2 drinks each, and sadly just not worth the cost. Food was below average..Fish was dry, no cooked prawns available (these came out as we were finishing). We didn't have dinner here again. Kids pool was closed for renovations. I was very annoyed by this as I'd been in touch with the hotel in the weeks prior to arrival to arrange transport and they didn't mention it. Had I known, I would have cancelled and booked somewhere else. They did have a temporary pool set up which my kids ended up enjoying but this was set up on the lawns with no shade. For a resort of this standard the lack of communication is really not good enough. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We probably won't stay again unless we got a really good deal as I think there's better value elsewhere.
