Room was tiny. No room to put suitcase etc. no where to unpack to. Bathroom was also tiny. Impossible to keep water in shower recess. Way overpriced for what you get, even for London. Steps to be navigated even at main entrance. Only saving grace was location, which was great

We go to London every month, sometimes twice for 2/3 nights. The Mercure is suitable located for west end activities & is clean and quiet.

Very outdated place!!

Ng… Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

Ceiling past water marks, doors very old with lots of cracks that has been repainted over, very dark rooms, and very small. Staff were nice though.
