no hot water!

there was no hot water for many hours, from the evening, and not at all all morning. No warning from the hotel. Totally unacceptable for the high price I paid. No reimbursement nor compensation proposed by the hotel at any time, not even an excuse at check-out time. When calling the reception (not easy, no phone in the room, no telephone number indicated in the app, I have to open my computer to find the phone number in internet), I was told to wait another 1/2h, but well, I was already late to go for work. Really not nice after a night in a mattress full of dust mites (I am allergic, this is in my file).

The hotel is strong 3 stars. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Near by hotel are number of good coffe shops,restaurants and pubs. We had room with king size bed and only minus of all experience in hotel was my side super soggy mattress. After first night I leted know to reception what I had a problem with sleeping during the night. They tried hard but didn't find new room for us or new replacement for my side of mattress (two parts of king mattress).

Great for short stay, even longer stay, only downside is that I didn't see a minibar in the room, I would expect a minibar in a Mercure hotel.
