This was my first stat at the hotel but found the lication very good and the staff excellent. I was able to easily get around on the bts or walk to some of the nearby malls. My room was quiet and clean. Its a little confusing yo get yo the rooftop bar because you need to change lifts but Captian O at sykbar looked after me well and made me an enjoyable gin and tonic. Special mention also goes to Buss who helped me get a taxi and followed up to make sure it arrived safely.

I emailed reception to ask for early checkin as arriving from India at 6am. Arrived at the Hotel 8am and was given early checkin room.(no extra cost) Reception desk was wonderful service. Room good . Breakfast good . And great location . Stayed 6 nights and will stay again in future. Thanks Ibis Siam. Doug Australia

First time staying at Ibis and the staff were extremely friendly especially Non. Every night when I was working at the hotel lobby, I noticed she never fail to smile at every hotel guest that walks by the reception and she would also greet and ask me why do I have to work till so late. It's heart warming to meet such staff member and definitely a would return stay for me.

The staff are fantastic, rooms are clean, and the food is great. And the bed is very comfortable. The receptionists and the breakfast staff are all really lovely and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok, don’t hesitate.

Ibis/Mercure Bangkok Siam: Outstanding location, value, and helpful team. My return stay at Ibis/Mercure Bangkok Siam hotel. The hotel is one of the best value mid-tier hotel in Bangkok; with outstanding location (next to National Stadium BTS station, opposite MBK and within a few minutes’ walk to the Siam shopping district) good prices for its range of Accor quality accommodation. The cheerful and helpful team of staff here made my stay here much more welcoming and pleasant. My recent stay in October 2024, was memorable too with a personalised email greeting/query a few days before my arrival (led by Ms Mary), well prepared room and easy check in (with Ms Tidtee). All of my encounters with the team here were pleasant including breakfast team (Ms Patcharin & team). I also had a pleasant catch up with cheerful and helpful Ms Non again, who also did my previous stay’s check in/out. I often recommend ibis/Mercure Siam hotel to friends visiting central Bangkok or for the first time, and my recent stay continue to justify this. Thank you again to the team and all the best 😁
