Great Service with professional staff, my trip staying in Thailand is wonderful for having 5 days in Bangkok, staying with Mercury is fantastic, nice pool and nice room. They can offer early check in and car booking which very convenient for us during travel

Best service from Sorn, Non, sure will come here again. Nice location to go anywhere, can get the nice food and shopping around here.check in was fast, the staff are friendly and helpful for everything. They can speak English and helping in everything.

Nice and helpful service by Now and Sorn. Staff was attentive to our needs too. Nice environment at the reception counter. Location is great and convenient too. The hotel look clean. They provide great service and is able to answer to our questions and provide us what we need.

The hotel location is very strategic and convenient. Walking distance to BTS, Siam Paragon, MBK and etc. Check in was smooth, the front desk staff Punoon, Max and Wunsen are very helpful even though I arrived early. Stay at 24th floor, nice city view. The Room is spacious and clean.

Room is very comfort Clean And very near from BTS station (national stadium) Have 7eleven in the lobby And the belboy is very helpfull...they can speak english so well thanks for mr. Joke and mr.Dej for always helping me in there...so many information about food and nice place
