It was my first time in Bangkok and I have received very nice service from the hotel. From the reception to the rooms everything was super nice and I want to give specail thanks to Mr Dej from bellman. He did an amazing job in escorting us and also he was very sweet and helpful.

We had a pleasant stay at Mercure. Great service by everyone specially by Patcharin. She was very hospitalble at the restaurant. Made our stay with the kids a great time. We will surely come back in the future to stay again. Thank you Patcharin!

Fabulous stay at this hotel, superior room was amazing. Staff on reception really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of choices and nothing was too much trouble. The bar in 9th floor was good with an outside area to chill out. The restaurant had good evening meals reasonably priced as well Tom gam soup, pizza and chicken rice and beers all for £25. Definitely recommend. Location near Siam square and Siam Discovery shopping complex.

Wonderful staffs especially Jean and Ploy front desk. The lady that clean the room took her shoes off before enter guests room. She did a wonderful job but I did not get her name. I had some issue with shower it’s my own stupidity and when I called for help they send a handyman within 10 mins. All in all a well run hotel.

Great hotel location. Very nice, clean, spacious rooms. Buffet breakfast was expansive and delicious. Hot food selection, freshly baked bread, fresh fruits and salads were delightful. Service headed by Patcharin was attentive and very friendly. Would highly recommend.
