Rooms are large and spacious, breakfast is lovely with the service being to a high standard. Gym only opens at 6am, there was a queue. Room service very bad, no vegetarian options, food was not delivered correctly. Over a two hour wait in the end and was still charged.

It was grate the hotel was perfect. The people was so nice they see that we are family and give as a lot of extra things is so beautiful and close to every we’re like five minutes don’t need a taxi or something like that I recommend to this hotel and I defently come again

Wonderful hotel and we had a great time. Great service. Very good location near all the big shopping malls and right next to the city train. We got excellent service from Benz the concierge. Thank you for a great vacation. 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

Everything was great about the hotel, esp the staff. The morning buffet is amazing & of high quality. The staff are very helpful. The coffee is great too. The facilities are nice but the pool was a bit disappointing due to its size & view. (The men’s sauna room was a bit cramped, too. lol) Apart from that everything was up to standard, and the hotel SPA was amazing. The staff are always nice, amiable and eager to help. Benz, one of the night shift crew, helped us a lot after an accident. All in all, a great choice.

Favourite Bangkok stay! We love this hotel, have tried others in Bangkok but keep coming back to this one for over 10 years now. As Accor Diamond member, they really look after you here. Best upgrade to 80sqm suite, top location next to all major shopping and BTS station, awesome breakfast and the amazing service they provide. I have to highlight Khun Benz who has been working there for over 10 yrs and also Khun Boom who always go above and beyond.
