We have visited this hotel twice. It is very nice but is getting run down and lacks proper maintenance. The rooms are very dark and the layout is strange. Wasted space, doors that collide with other doors. Limited closet and storage space. The staff is very nice and professional. The ocean front rooms have a magnificent view. The breakfast is very good, the selection is excellent and the staff is extremely polite and efficient.

On day one and upon entering the dining room for breakfast, the wait staff affirmed breakfast was included in the room fee at no extra cost. Before leaving breakfast, another person stopped by our table and affirmed the same. This happened 2 days in a row. At check-out, my bill included breakfast charges. I explained the circumstances to the check-out agent, however she was not empowered to make changes, and no manager was available. I had a cab to catch so I paid the bill. It's a lovely place, but who needs the hassle over breakfast?
