Carmen Friends - Confirmed reviews ALL

Courteous staff and comfortable bed. Missing some of the conveniences for female customers (I.e. mirrors conveniently located for applying make up, area for storing make up near bathroom sink, etc.). These were design flaws that could have been avoided with female input. The light switches were interesting some were simply ornamental and figuring out what to press was a challenge. Overall I found the location and elegance pleasant and would gladly visit again. A special kudo to Gabriel a very helpful employee who helped getting our room key to work.

The property is underperforming at all levels. A lot of areas of improvement are needed, in addition a lot of staff employees turn-around.
