Dear Guest, Thanks for your review about our hotel. We are delighted that you found our hotel to be a good value and appreciated its proximity to Ruisbroek station, making your travel to and from the city convenient. It's great to know that the nearby amenities, such as the Carrefour Express, added to your comfort during your stay. However, we regret to hear about the issue with the room's lights turning on unexpectedly during the night. We understand how important an uninterrupted night's sleep is and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Nonetheless, we're pleased that you enjoyed the functionality and reasonable space offered in our rooms, as well as the cleanliness and effective heating system. The ability to open the windows for fresh air is another aspect we are glad you liked, ensuring a comfortable room environment. We are hoping to welcome you back in the future. All the best. Dear Madge, We would like to thank you for this review about your recent experience in our hotel. We are delighted that you found the check-in process easy and appreciated the comfort of our beds and the tranquility of our hotel. It is always our goal to provide a restful environment for our guests. However, we understand your disappointment regarding the absence of coffee or tea making facilities in the room and the parking cost. While our rooms are designed to be budget-friendly and therefore do not include in-room kettles, we are glad to offer our guests access to a beverage machine in the lobby. As for parking, we strive to offer competitive pricing while ensuring the safety and security of our guests' vehicles. Finally, we are pleased that our location, although south of Brussels, was convenient for your travel needs. Being just minutes away from major transport links and offering on-site parking, we aim to provide accessibility for all our guests.
