Dear Chloe Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at our hotel. We sincerely apologize that your experience fell short of our usual standards in multiple aspects. While we strive to maintain impeccable cleanliness through daily housekeeping, we regret this wasn't reflected during your stay. Our team is always available to address immediate concerns through our 24-hour reception service. Regarding temperature control, our rooms feature individually adjustable air conditioning complemented by available fans. We're sorry this didn't provide adequate comfort during the warmer weather. For future visits, our ground floor sun terrace offers alternative relaxation spaces. We would like to clarify that our rooms are regularly inspected and are generally very clean. In your case, we had offered alternative rooms, which we believe would have met your expectations, but unfortunately, you declined this solution. As a result, we cannot consider a refund. Your experience helps us improve our processes while maintaining our commitment to straightforward booking policies. We certainly hope that we can welcome you back again. Dear Guest, Thanks for your review about our hotel. We are delighted that you found our hotel to be a good value and appreciated its proximity to Ruisbroek station, making your travel to and from the city convenient. It's great to know that the nearby amenities, such as the Carrefour Express, added to your comfort during your stay. However, we regret to hear about the issue with the room's lights turning on unexpectedly during the night. We understand how important an uninterrupted night's sleep is and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Nonetheless, we're pleased that you enjoyed the functionality and reasonable space offered in our rooms, as well as the cleanliness and effective heating system.
