Charged three times with different amounts, charged wrong amounts in the past - avoid!

When I checked into this hotel last night, the employee told me that I had three rooms booked (which was not true). When I asked him how this happened he told me it was "just an error on the system". Today I wake up to find out that they actually charged me three different times, with different amounts (thankfully the last one was declined by my bank). So I called up reception and the extremely rude receptionist told me I should send her a screenshot of my banking app (she should that most banking apps don't allow screenshots for security reasons). I am still shocked at how unprofessional the staff at this hotel is. If I spoke to my customers this way, I would be out of a job. Not to mention that I am a regular guest at this hotel and they are literally treating me like an idiot. Unfortunately, they have charged me wrong amounts in the past. Avoid this place at all cost!

This was my first time in a Pullman hotel, I spent 3 nights there. I expected a higher service level compared to Mercure or Novotel, but I'd say it is better, but not much different. The room was really nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is good especially if you want to use public transport, trains, trams and busses are very close. I booked the hotel on the same price as it was offered by the Mercure on the other side of the street. On this price it was a good offer, but if I had to pay more, I would have booked a room at the Mercure.

Excellent hotel and very good staff, rooms very clean and ideally located for the train as it’s literally in the station. 20 minute walk in the city centre which isn’t the nicest walk in a run down part of town but once in the centre it’s lovely. Would use again.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed

Nothing was good except for the location. It is definitely a nightmare for those with allergies or claustrophobia as no windows can be opened. Rug in the room was dirty and everything was full of dust, kind of seasoned dust in tv remote, power outlets etc. Breakfast was in a gloomy hall with very low quality products. Almost all tea cups were dirty and they were put in a dusty tray. One of the ladies in the reception told me some ridiculous stuff when I asked for a pair of slippers, “we can order in the morning bla bla…I will let you know bla bla…”they even couldn’t provide a pair of slippers. God damn Brussel bureaucracy!

A great stopover!

We only stayed one night after travelling on the Eurostar and breaking our journey into Bruges. Located in the station, it was super convenient, and did the job nicely. The room was warm, the bed comfy and the shower devine (if a little snug). We could hear the trains from our room, but it didn’t seem to stop hubby having a good nights sleep! Breakfast was buffet style, including hot drinks and was plentiful with lots of choice. There were gluten free options for me, so I was happy! We’d happily stay again should we return.
