We are delighted that you found our staff friendly and helpful upon your arrival and that the room was spacious and met your expectations. Our team takes great pride in offering comfortable accommodations and a welcoming atmosphere. However, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the shower design and the oversight in cleanliness. Please know that we strive for the highest standards of cleanliness and your comments have been noted for review with our housekeeping team. Furthermore, we understand your concerns regarding the area at night and we always encourage our guests to take care when exploring the city. Nonetheless, we are pleased that you appreciated the hotel's strategic location opposite Gare Midi and the ease of access to public transportation, such as the nearby metro that connects you to the city. It is truly gratifying to hear about the assistance provided by our reception team during your husband's health emergency, and we hope he is feeling much better. Dear Dick, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are delighted that you appreciated the lodging, breakfast, and the spaciousness and facilities of our rooms. It is always a pleasure to hear that our guests have enjoyed the comforts we strive to provide. However, we regret to hear that the luggage storage service did not meet your expectations. Our aim is to offer convenience to our guests in all aspects of their stay, including the storage of their belongings. We understand that the additional charge for this service can be a surprise and we take your feedback into account as we continually work on enhancing our services. Nonetheless, we are pleased that you had a pleasant overall experience at our hotel. Its strategic location opposite the Brussels-South railway station and proximity to the Grand Place and historical heart of Brussels make it an ideal choice for travelers such as yourself. While our central location offers convenient access to transportation and city attractions, it can sometimes come with the hustle and bustle of city life.
