Dear Mr. A., Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry that your stay was not as comfortable as expected. As communicated in advance with your booking, adjacent rooms are subject to availability. Due to high occupancy, we were unfortunately unable to accommodate this request, but ensured that both rooms were located on the same floor. Regarding the air conditioning, our team inspected the room and confirmed that the system was operating normally. Nevertheless, we understand that individual comfort may vary, and our team would be very happy to assist with adjusting the temperature to your preference during your next stay.
