We stayed for 2 nights and had a very disappointing experience. The rooms were run-down, dark without any outside views. Felt like a dungeon. Towels, linen and carpets did not feel fresh. The entrance of the hotel has barely any space for parking. Very highly priced. However, the restaurant was good.

In 2025, we have completed renovations on half of our rooms, with the remainder scheduled for future upgrades. Regarding parking, we would like to clarify that the hotel does not advertise parking directly in front of the property. Images and information available online clearly reflect this, and our team is always happy to assist with guidance on this matter. We also note that you requested a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. While we always strive to accommodate guest preferences, upgrades are subject to reservation type and availability, and unfortunately we were unable to provide one on this occasion. We are pleased that you enjoyed our restaurant, and we sincerely hope you will give us another opportunity to restore your confidence in our hotel and experience the newly renovated spaces and services we have worked hard to enhance. Lovely hotel right in the heart of old Hanoi. We had stayed at the Metropole before and wanted something similar. Everything was done just right...from check in to all arrangements. loved the afternoon free cocktails and appetizers, the beautiful dining room, and our big comfortable room.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff are excellent! We had a newly refurbished room which was nicely decorated and comfortable. Good powerful shower. Only downside is the internet was useless, hence 4*. This is essential in a hotel of this standard. Otherwise a 5* property and would definitely return. Highly recommended

I have been travelling to Ha Noi two or three times a year since 2015 (covid years excluded), MGallery Hotel Opera was the first Ha Noi hotel I stayed in. Each time I come back I try to stay here for at least a part of my time and even if not staying I visit regularly to enjoy the bar and restaurant. All the staff are friendly and approachable, I can't name them all as I am useless at remembering names but I will give a shout out to Minh in the bar, my favourite Ha Noi barman. It's also impressive that General Manager Alberto is always present and making himself known to guests and customers, It makes for a very welcoming experience.

Lovely relaxed hotel in a great location

I was a little hesitant about our stay here, due to some recent negative reviews, but we were very pleasantly surprised! We had 2 opera suites, with balcony and view over the skyline of wonderful Hanoi, including the Opera House. The location was excellent! We didn't let the rainy weather dampen our spirits and had a great time exploring the city. We were able to enjoy the "executive" benefits each evening, with complimentary drinks and tapas between 5 and 7pm - the tapas were excellent! Breakfasts were excellent too - I had the BEST omelette here, cooked to perfection! The rooms, and hotel in general, were very clean with everything you might need. Staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the relaxed vibe of this hotel and will doubtless return when we next visit Hanoi. A big thank you to everyone!
