Clean, spacious, and comfortable Rooms are big with very comfortable beds and a small kitchenette. Staff are top notch. Rooftop pretty cool and the breakfast and food is very good.

Prompt Service, Top class Hygiene and Very Spacious. These are the things which comes to my mind when I thought about this property. We stayed there on 31st Night and had a great party at rooftop. I would have given 5 star but gave 4 due to location which is far from old quarters. Rest all great. However, by grab cabs, you may reach to old quarters in 30 minutes.

Very good hotel. Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the pool. The staff were very helpful. In a good location but a bit far from the old quarters. Nice roof top restaurants with city view. Good value for your money. Recommend!!

Thu is like family. She has made my stay, since August 9, 2024 relaxing, comfortable and fun. I am in Hanoi for work and when I get done working, I look forward to going home to the Novotel because Thu helps make sure I have everything I need. I would not want to stay anywhere else!

I had a great experience at this hotel. Right from the moment of check-in, the receptionist welcomed me very warmly and supported quickly. The room is clean, tidy, fully equipped and carefully cleaned every day. What impressed me the most was the food service. The menu is diverse from Asian to European dishes, fresh ingredients and delicately prepared. A rich buffet breakfast with many choices, especially cakes and fruits that are always fresh. Restaurant staff are always friendly, ready to serve and pay attention to every little detail. Overall, this is the place I will come back to if I have the opportunity, not only because of the comfortable room but also because of the excellent food service.
