Communicacion à mejorar. Simpatia del personal. En 4 dias el asensor no funcionaba 2. No nos Han dicho nada sobre donde tomar el welcome drinks. En la habitacion hay una luz que no se apaga (la de cleaning/do not disturb) y molesta muchissimo. La limpieza no es optima.

We would like to clarify that the lift was only out of order for approximately 12 hours overnight and was fully operational again by around 8:00 a.m. the following morning. We are unsure where the mention of four days comes from as this does not reflect the situation at our hotel perhaps you may be referring to another property not managed by us. Regarding the welcome drink, the voucher is sent directly to the guest app and if there are any issues accessing it our front desk team is always available to assist. As for the room light and cleaning we regret that these aspects did not meet your expectations and will review them with our team to ensure improvements are made. We appreciate your comments as they help us to continue improving our services and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again under better circumstances. El hotel está situado a 2 minutos a pie de la estación de Paddington, en una zona preciosa y en un edificio típico de Londres. La habitación era preciosa y muy tranquila. El hotel está muy bien aislado y no se oyen ruidos de la calle ni de las habitaciones vecinas. Además al ser una triple nos dieron una suite y tanto el café como las bebidas del mini bar estaban incluidas. ¡Hemos pasado una maravillosa estancia y volveremos!

Me gusto la ubicación están cerca ha varias paradas. Desayuno muy rico y variado y la cama muy cómoda. Los snacks del bar eran gratis también me gusto.
