Could have been better! Good location, nice room but no WiFi and couldn’t get room service.

Been travelling for over 25years on business, but by the far the George Washington hotel has been my most enjoyable experience as now here most weeks 3 nights a week, what makes it special, the staff. The reception team I have got know, Janice / Georgina / Bethany / Emma absolutely great me with a smile and some chat after a long day and away from home all the time, really matters. The restaurant team I have got know Patrick, Lilly and meme there are others but those 3 like the reception team always have time for a chat and the food is excellent, albeit when your there so much it would be nice for a wee change or a daily special. The privilege rooms are of a fantastic standard and delighted if I’m lucky enough to get one with my booking. All in all, just a great place with great people who look after me when constantly travelling on business. Thank you

Waiting approx 40 minutes to check in with a large queue was a very poor start to my stay after a long day. 1 member of staff who could check people in, another turned up after 20 minutes but could only stand and watch.
