Excellent family rooms & superb breakfast choice with friendly staff , a special mention to James on reception who went out his way to return a personal item I had left by mistake in room He was very helpful & ensured it was returned to me at my home address within a couple of days 😀

We waited 10 mins to be sat down in the restaurant while the lady’s had a good chat behind the bar. Once seated we asked for drinks while looking at the menu. which then resulted in another long 15 mins wait we did ask the lady if she forgot about our drinks and she said no, it wasn’t busy at all so not sure what the hold up was. We were very hungry and thirsty after coming out the spa so by this point decided to leave as we still didn’t have any drinks on our table after a good 30 mins. We had to drive to the nearest take away to bring food and drink back to our room. such a shame because the hotel was fantastic and the room however the resturant spoilt our spa break with my daughter.
