We’re delighted to hear that your first visit to Jakarta in seven years was a comfortable one, and that our team made you feel welcome. It’s especially wonderful to know that our staff were patient and attentive — your kind words mean a lot to us. Regarding the mineral water, as part of our sustainability initiative, we now place reusable bottles in the bathroom.
