I recently stayed at Pullman Jakarta Central Park, and overall it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is very well located, directly connected to Central Park Mall, which makes it extremely convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around Jakarta. The lobby area is spacious, modern, and welcoming, setting a great first impression as soon as you arrive. What truly stood out during my stay was the outstanding service from the Front Office team, especially Dolly at the reception. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and great city views. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and all facilities were in excellent condition.

Surrounded by the shopping destination and access to the best public transportation. Great ambience of the hotel from the hotel lobby to the outside with cafes, restaurants and gardens.
