Our stay at Basildene Manor was nothing short of magical. This small boutique hotel is a true hidden gem and feels like a little piece of heaven. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely at home. The staff are exceptional, warm, genuinely friendly, and incredibly thoughtful. They truly care about their guests and go above and beyond, offering insightful local recommendations and personalised service that you rarely find these days. The manor itself is stunning peaceful, elegant, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are perfect: spacious, comfortable, and filled with lovely details that make the stay feel special and personal. What really set this stay apart was the farewell. At the end of our visit, we were surprised with a goodbye gift. Such a thoughtful and touching gesture that we were genuinely emotional. It perfectly reflects the heart and care behind everything they do. A very special thanks to Ailsa, who made our stay extra special. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made a lasting impression. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this before. We truly didn’t want to leave, and we cannot wait to return. If you’re looking for an intimate, beautiful, and unforgettable stay in Margaret River, Basildene Manor is exceptional.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms are immaculate, and the building and surrounding gardens are gorgeous. The staff were very helpful as well. One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had!

A 1ª impressão que tive já foi ótima, uma edificação de pedra, muito aconchegante, um pouco afastada da rua central da cidade. O interior do hotel nos remete aos casarões antigos, com mobílias clássicas e lareiras nas duas salas principais. O café é muito bom, temos um cardápio com as opções de quentes, comida muito saborosa e bem feita e é servido em uma varanda fechada com vista para um lindo jardim. Alias, o entorno é lindo, jardim super bem cuidado, um grande gramado com mesas onde os hóspedes podem fazer piqueniques, tanto nas mesas quanto em cima do gramado forrado com uma toalha também.. sons de passarinhos fornecem a música necessária pra se ter a mais perfeita paz. O hotel possui uma área próxima à quadra de tênis para churrasco. Eles fornecem todos os utensílios necessários que precisarmos usar. E claro, a piscina. A água refrescante e ainda tem uma cascatinha em pedra que completa o ambiente. Os quartos muito bem decorados, com um toque clássico e vitoriano em cada detalhe, e possui uma varanda com muro em terracota coberto por trepadeira, tudo muito aconchegante. Os quartos ainda são equipados com banheira, frigobar, TV, e fornece secador e ferro de passar. O hotel possui uma lavanderia também que o hóspede pode usar sem custos. Tudo isso já seria maravilhoso, mas e quanto ao staff? O pessoal que toma conta e que trabalha no hotel não sabe mais o que fazer pra agradar...super atenciosos, agendam passeios, motoristas, se precisar de médicos, e o que mais for necessário pra que sua estadia seja a mais agradável possível. Nota 10! Pra terminar, ainda ganhamos caixinhas com bolos para viagem, inclusive para nosso motorista também.
