Room was neat and clean and washroom as well .Arjun from housekeeping he's very helpful and behaviour. But from room lights side I'm disappointing plz do something for that otherwise cleaning good everything good. Location is very good nearby you got everything everything is nearby from here, thanx to housekeeping staff.

Bluecann Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

This has to be the worse hotel In Aerocity for customer care. I have stayed here before, and complained about check in/out and other issues. I always get a meaningless cut and paste apology but nothing changes. I checked in on 25th Oct around 11pm, bit exhausted after a day of travel. As I made myself comfortable, I would hear a sound every 5 minutes, which sounded like a drilling machine for couple of seconds. Hoping it would go away, but finally after waiting for about 45 minutes, I called Guest Services. She offered to look into the noise. No response. I called again. She said she was waiting to hear from her seniors. I waited and finally the phone rang. She said there is no repair work going on. I said what about the noise. She didn’t have an answer. I asked again. She said she will get back to me. Never heard again. The original noise soon stopped but another loud noise, continued periodically all night. Thankfully I was too tired to notice it except when I woke up. Now, I know this is a budget hotel. That’s fine. I accept the room, facilities don’t compare with a Ritz Carlton. But isn’t customer care a basic expectation at any hotel. In my case, the staff didn’t offer to come up and check, didn’t offer to change my room. Just ignore and not take customer seriously. I ask Accor, where I am a Platinum member for last 5 years, is this your brand promise?

Ibis has really improved its food quality. Im coming here since 2016 and now the food is so delicious. I would like to appreciate soya chaap and shakarkandi chaat. Even the rest of the food was homely and tasted good. Special thanks to chef shubh and staff trilok. They both have been always kind to me. Always been empathetic and took really good care.
