Cozy, clean and well located. Wide variety of food at breakfast - Alina was especially helpful and kind. Still water available 24/7 at reception and cocktail bar until 12am. Close to London bridge subway station and to Borough market, as well as many restaurants, pubs and supermarkets (Tesco express 24/7 at 150m).

We visited the hotel with my family for the Christmas holidays. Although the hotel was full, the service was perfect. The rooms were clean and warm. In the breakfast room, everything was excellent, the food and the service. Especially the help and service of Alina was perfect, she always greeted us with a smile and was always willing to serve us for whatever we wanted, very friendly with everyone, such people who know their job, all hotels should have!!

Very nice hotel, close to metro station and a walking distance from London Bridge ! Staff very kind and helpful. Big thank you to Alina from the restaurant , she's great at customer service and she really transformed our breakfast into a great experience. The only negative part is that the hotel doesn't offer slippers and bathrobes.

Lost a loyal customer

All the previous friendly and helpful staff have been replaced by a new set of corporate bots who have no empathy and think it’s ok to call long standing loyal customers liars and thieves. Rude condescending, barely at work, manager who will not take responsibility for anything in the hotel and would prefer to lose custom over accepting that their system has failed in house. Been staying here for the last 15 years whenever we’ve travelled to London, never again. It gets one star for the fact that the room was ok, despite a broken lamp making it even darker than normal and the breakfast was fine.
