We had a wonderful time very pleasant staff beautiful room with beautiful view of the Tower. Very clean and very close to lovely shops with good accessibility to every to underground and beautiful walk along the Thames.

I stayed in Novotel London Tower Bridge already couple of times and the experience is always like you're being welcome by smiling faces and very attentive staff. Add to it the location just off the Tube station and you have great story :)

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Service from everyone, Reception, Bar, Restaurant and Breakfasts was superb. You have lovely staff. They were helpful to me when trying to scan some important business documents too. Will definitely book again when we are next in London

Unexplained cancellation

On arrival at the hotel I was informed that my booking for myself and my family had been cancelled. No notification or explanation other than it was a system generated cancellation. We were “offered” more expensive rooms which I had no option but to take. There was only one towel in a 2 person room and the shower leaked. I will not be returning to Novotel.

I have spoken with the team and believe the booking did not go through as the advance payment option rate you choose failed to go through as such the booking was never received. I believe the Front Office Manager explained this to you upon arrival and that you had further emails which we did not see that we believe to be the notifications of the booking not being accepted. At this point we were then only to offer you the rooms we had left available on the day which were our upgraded rooms to which a 10% discount was applied to. I apologise that the shower leaked and will have maintenance look at this following your review and I have also spoken to the housekeeping team to ensure we provide the correct number of towels for our guests. Please be assured we value your feedback and learn from this as we continually try to improve the experience for our guests. I hope you will give us the chance to serve you better in the future. Good clean and well designed room with all the necessary facilities. Comfortable bed, good shower. Good breakfast with excellent choice of hot and cold food. Only negatives slight odour of drains in bathroom (appeared to be badly designed trap on shower) and glass fronted fridge light came on several times at random. But these were minor issues in an overall good stay.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, just a stone throw away from the Tower Hill Station. Rooms are clear and hygienic. Staffs are nice and attentive. Will definite choose this hotel again when traveling to London

Hotel spot on position to Tower of London.Not a bad room apart from 2 single and a double pull down in the room not much room to move about . was welcomed at reception never spoke to any more staff that day second and third day just breakfast and that was when they asked our room number showed to table and left to get on wit it . Main point kids running around till 9/930 in room above

I was not quite sure what to expect for a mid-global pandemic stay. I found that the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the WhatsApp request system worked really well - the staff were attentive and went the extra mile to ensure that guests had a good stay. Very impressed and would stay again.

Poor service and cleanliness of room a disgrace, Carpet stained and dust around carpet edges. No answer from Room Service, eventually went out for a meal despite being tired. Cleaners left bag of rubbish outside room which was left until evening when we had to ask Reception for it to be removed. On the whole we would not stay at this hotel again. Paid £292 for two nights and now wished we had booked Double Tree which was cheaper!! Disappointing. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this Novotel Hotel.

Good hotel, but a little rough around the edges.

First things first: the hotel is nice, and on a great location. Breakfast is decent. However, the staff was friendly, but more focussed on efficiency than friendliness. My room was nice and spacious, but the shower floor is very slippery and leaks water. There is a message stating that bath mats can be requested at the reception desk, but I only noticed that after I fell and severely injured by shoulder and knee. When mentioning this at the reception desk, on check-out "hmm, sorry bout that" seemed a bit of an easy apology. I couldn't lift my luggage anymore so I strolled out of the lobby with mixed feelings of a good hotel, but still a little rough around the edges. I will look for another one next time, or bring a bath mat.

It’s way too expensive for what you get. I’ve been staying in the Accor hotels for years and this is by far a huge let down for both services and quality of sleep. I’m a platinum guest and go nothing extra whatsoever. I pre-paid my room using my cumulated points + a little extra by card and got charged 3x as much. At the beginning I thought it was just the deposit but it was never sent back. Also, room very extremely noisy. I was expecting much more an a little care given also the type of customer I am. The location is perfect but I highly recommend the double tree or the M just near by. I’ve stayed in both hotels and are by far better.

poor room with no courtesy elements; air going through the window at night and breakfast in the room arrived on wet tray dirty seats and poor towels i come at this hotel very often since 2017 and I expect having better services

I've been spent over 100 nights in this hotel and I always happy to stay there. Feels like a second home. The staff is very helpful, the rooms are nice and clean. If I had any problem with the room the staff at the reception always offered me quick and efficient solution and they always try to do their best. Big thanks for Melissa, Olivier and Caroline who always help me when I had any request and I also very satisfied with Ekaterina and with Akim who delivered excellent room service during the night. I will return just as I did many times during the last year.

It is very closed to tower hill station (lift is available). Walking distance to tower of london, tower bridge, london bridge, sky garden. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is nice but provide same foods/drinks daily. The hotel cannot help keeping luggages for overnight unless you will stay again.

Awesome location, close to Tower castle and bridge with easy access to hop on hop off buses for those sight seeing. The rooms are pretty small with no seperate bathroom. Beds were comfortable and the view of the tower out of our window was amazing.

Nice location, good breakfast . Room is nice except I didn’t like the bathroom in the middle of the room but the rest okay. Room was quiet and comfortable . Good quality of bed and room size was big enough.

Open space reception but not very welcoming after all. We checked-in with the feeling we were a credit card to swipe: 100GBP were blocked without reasonable explanation. No information was given on WiFi or Fitness. Welcome drink is cheap house wine at 5£. We never saw the bath mats we asked for five times as the Italian shower is slippery. No cappuccino is served after 11pm!

Hotel is well placed. Very clean. Frustrating that hotel purchases could not be charged to room. In room phone was not functional. We ordered room service, (from concierge as the phone did not work) it did not arrive. Reported problems to concierge, nothing was remedied. We asked for directions to Aldgate (a short walk from the hotel, and we were directed with pointing and stuttering rather than clear concise instructions.) Steam room not functional. Overall our stay was pleasant, but fell below 4 star standards for customer service.
