Ok hotel, but zero privacy in bathrooms

Dear Pranav, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding your comments. Our reception team was not being rude during your checkout we were simply explaining our standard procedures. The room you booked includes a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival, and guests are welcome to refill it at the water fountains available next to the reception. Regarding housekeeping, please note that mugs or cups containing any liquid cannot be replaced as it may contain drinks that have a medicine for example. Our housekeeping team follows these protocols to ensure proper handling of guest items. Once again, thank you for your feedback and we hope to welcome you back again.
