It was a nice stay for us we stayed for a short time only, but we enjoyed and the hotel was really nice inside. The service and room was good inside also and we would stay again if we come back to this hotel. The room was comfy and modern for us which is good also

We stayed at Novotel London Bridge for 5 nights in December 24. The Hotel is Located near Borough Market and has convenience stores in vicinity. We were very Happy with the helping nature of the hotel staff. Would recommend staying here for sure. rgds

Good but not great

Excellent welcome and very fast check in. Room was well appointed but a little dark with 'subtle' lighting. The main lamp in the bedroom didn't work. Couldn't phone down to reception as phone wasn't working. The full length mirror was missing which was problematic when drying my hair for a black tie event that evening. Not the hotel's fault but got awoken at 5.30am by a very loud lorry/work crew who proceeded to work for 90 minutes - surely this shouldn't have been allowed? Fortunately the windows worked well to block sound once closed. The curtains were blackout ones. Good location, just 10 mins walk from London Bridge. And superb skyline views.

We booked afternoon tea. It was a girls weekend,myself,sister and my daughter. Nothing was too much trouble ,even when we had to reschedule the booking time due to an earlier flight home. Food was lovely,tea and coffee was abundant, staff so friendly and helpful. I can't praise it all enough. Now I can't wait until next year when I've said this has to become an annual event ☺️

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Novotel London Bridge. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of many top London Attractions and only 15min from Kings Cross Station. On arrival, Tim greeted us and got us checked into our room hassle free. We were early arriving at the hotel but Tim dealt with us very professionally, he’s a really nice , helpful guy and was able to answer all our questions, nothing was a problem for him. The hotel and our room were spotlessly clean and we had a fabulous view of The Shard. I would also like to thank Rasa, the lovely women who greeted us every morning with a big friendly smile and took us to our table for breakfast, seeing her was always a good start to our day The breakfast was beautiful with plenty of choice for everyone. Without a doubt on our next trip to London we will definitely stay at The Novotel London Bridge again.
