Overall it was a very good stay. The positives was the free breakfast. Gluten free options too! More than enough to eat and lattes and other coffees. This is such a time saver and one less thing you have to buy in an expensive city. Our room was quiet too. Beds are ok. You're close to the Borough Market and a somewhat close walk to Tower Bridge and Tower of London. Also somewhat close to Millenium Bridge and Shakespeares Globe. The negatives was that you can't really adjust the temperature of the rooms down, they have these all in one sheet/comforter but this must be a UK thing as we stayed at 2 other hotels like this but if you're hot and just want a sheet that's an issue :) and you're far away from other attractions but you can't have it all.

Very quirky place to stay. My room had a Wicked theme and the breakfast hall was set up like a movie set and market, the continental breakfast was amazing, lots of variety, fresh and tasty. Really cool place to stay and something different and quirky always catches your eye. Many subtle references to the wizard of Oz everywhere Side note, the linen is collected at 0620 every morning, very loud as the trollies roll across the car park, at least I was woken up early for the great breakfast.

Such an amazing stay, staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was really clean and there was a kettle with tea and coffee which was a really nice touch. I’ll definitely stay again. loved the theatre decals in the lift and the themes throughout the hotel made it even more exciting

Attending an evening event in London. The location was ideal for the City . Close to many attractions and the Tube . Clean, inviitng and comfortable . Very good value for money . Excellent free buffet breakfast which catered for all needs and tastes . Allergies caterd for . Would re viist .

Stayed here for two nights in room 518 which was a bit tired. Bathroom a bit gritty with unpainted skirting board behind the toilet and loo roll fixture hanging off the wall. Pillows were very poor. But, there was an iron and kettle in the room. Breakfast was crammed and I didn’t find a place to sit on either day so took my porridge up to my room. Staff super friendly good location
