I was here for 5 nights on a work trip and it was a horrid experience. The hotel is dingy and cheap. No hot water in the bathrooms. There are no amenities. The beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are flat. The service is non-existent. Feels like a motel 6 with an upgraded lobby.

Standard room booked. Arrived early and was just going to leave my suitcase but was given free early check in. Room was lovely, clean separate hot drinks station and refillable water bottle was a really nice touch (filtered water stations in corridor) Hot breakfast was a bit disappointing bland, cheap ingredients and not very warm, bread and muffins a little on the stale side and cheap generic quality. It was OK not inedible but nothing special either. Lots of choice with the continental, much better than the hot option. Coffee machine in the breakfast room wasn't working there was an alternative coffee machine but you had to ask no signage or directions. Rooms is nice and quiet with double and secondary glazing. Corridor noise does travel through the door but nothing to excessive. Overall a very nice stay for the price point. I would stay again.

Excellent hotel, upgraded room when we arrived and room given was lovely and massive for a central London hotel, located in walking distance of lots of amazing sites! Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

My girlfriend and I just spent three amazing nights at Mercure London Bridge for our anniversary, and it was perfect! The staff was super friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was a highlight—delicious options and fresh pastries every morning! We also loved hanging out at the bar; the drinks were fantastic and the vibe was great. Overall, an excellent experience! We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my visit at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and the service was great and I really liked the interior design. We had a great time having drinks at the cosy bar too. The location is great and very close to many attractions in London.
