Excellent option for London. Location just perfect, 3 min. walk from tube station (District and Circle lines), comfortable room (on the small size though, but nothing dramatic), good bathroom, perfect soundproof, good views from our window. Main drawback : hotel is packed with noisy families who use the lobby as their own living room (shout, play, drink). Management should really do something to stop such disruptive behaviours. Not the best Novotel we stayed at in London but definitely worth the price if you have a good deal.

My kids and I stayed here for three nights in October. They were so accommodating and moved very quickly to get us in our room (which I did pay early check in for). The location was a real haul via taxi from Heathrow but very convenient to every touristy thing you want to go to in London with two kids under ten. Tower Hill stop is steps away. There are also cheap eats around. Kids eat free at breakfast and it was super convenient to just eat there. Overall, enjoyed our stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good value for money considering several rivals around the same areas.We extended our stay by an additional 5 days. We will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future.Good management.

A friend and I ducked in to escape the weather and grab a light lunch and have a proper catch up. We were pleasantly surprised with the whole set up. A clean, modern and comfortable public area. We were greeted and seated with time to enjoy the setting. Good Saltimbocca chicken. The panzanella salad was better than expected but obviously not in Ottolenghi’s class. We stayed to chat and were not hassled. All in all a very welcome refuge. Thank you

The staff were extremely helpful and professional. The location was superb! It was steps away from the underground. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of food. The room was clean and spacious. I also liked the fact that they had a water refill station on each floor.
