I stayed recently for business and the hotel is perfectly fine for this. The rooms are clean, a good size and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were good. The room did get very hot during the night which wasn't great. The breakfast was OK but I wouldn't go further than that - the zero waste approach means the jams etc. are in large covered jars to prevent miniature plastic ones being used, very admirable, but the marmite was just open with no cover at all and the top layer had congealed unpleasantly. My other breakfast bugbear - potato wedges instead of hash browns, madness surely! It would be nice to have more veggie options e.g. veggie sausages. Overall though this is a decent hotel and I'd certainly stay again.

Me and my family which consists of me, my wife and two very young children 4 and 2 years of age. First of all, I raised all these issues with the hotel but nothing was done to resolve. The 1st issue was during the nighttime the room got very hot and we were told the air conditioner was on heating and therefore nothing could be done to cool the room. We were just told to open the window. 2nd issue was we had to fill up our own water bottle, there were 4 of us and the water dispenser on the floor 2 was broken. As we were 4 I had to constantly go to the other floors to fill it up which took around 20 minutes due to the slowness of the elevators. 3rd issue was the shower tray, it kept filling up as soon as the shower was put on and overflowing. Therefore we all couldn’t shower properly and again nothing was done when I raised it the next day. It occurred on: 2024-12-17 til the 19th This meant that It has affected us because we spent all this money and it ruined our stay and nothing was done about it. This is not a child friendly hotel please !! Please see photos for evidence and after complaining management wasn’t forthcoming on finding a reasonable solution

This is a fantastic hotel. Our room were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the central area of London as well as to the underground station. I only wish we could have stayed longer than just three night. We had a wonderful stay. Very kind staff and great value for money.

A lovely hotel, decent restaurant for a quick bite. Breakfast was very good great choices of hot and cold food. The rooms are nice , however very disappointed with the quality of the bed lines. Poor quality sheets all bobbly and the quilt cover was the same. Pillows also past their best . Expected better and it lets the hotel down

Stayed here for work back in September 2024. Good location, even for tourism as it is close to St Paul’s, London Bridge and Tate …Breakfast is simple but OK, and staff is friendly. Room decoration has no charm, but that is typical for Novotel. I also had dinner at the brasserie connected to the hotel and it was fine… nothing spectacular…Had an amazing bathtub in my room and very comfy beds, and I slept super well. If you want charm, don’t go there. If you want easy and convenient, this can be a good place to go.
