希望通りバスタブ付きの部屋にしてもらえたので有難かった。ベトナムのホイアンで泊まった時、最高に居心地が良かったので今回も同ブランドを選んだが、朝食は断然ベトナムのホテルの方が良かった。洗面所のコップは蛇口そばだと使ってないコップまで濡れるので、置き場所を変えたほうが良い。

ほとんどの観光スポットまで徒歩圏内で便利だった。寒い季節だったので暖房がよくきいていたのは良かったが、部屋の空調調節が効かず暑すぎた。また、１５時過ぎに部屋に戻ったが掃除が終了していなくて入れなかった。

I understand how frustrating it must have been to experience issues with the air conditioning, especially when the heating worked well. I am also sorry that your room was not ready when you returned after 3 PM. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and I will work with our housekeeping team to prevent such delays in the future. Regarding the key card issue and missing amenities for your family, I apologize for the oversight. These details are important, and we should have handled them better. On a brighter note, I am glad to hear you enjoyed our location and that the heating kept your room comfortable.
