好立地で朝食も満足だが、連泊時にはゴミ回収とタオル交換のみが行われる模様。チェックイン時から床など部屋の清掃の甘さはそのままになっていたので、連泊時も清掃をしてほしい。

Very rude staff , horrible service . Stale breakfast and dirty rooms . International tourist should totally avoid the place .

It was beside the central train station and some footsteps away from the grand place. We loved that they let us have an early check-in without charging. Calm and clean rooms and nice breakfast. Friendly personnel. Super!!!

Location of this hotel is perfect, staff are super friendly and accommodating. They interacted with my 3 year old and gave her sweets and high fives, nothing was too much trouble, thank you Rosa and Ramona!! Our room was a triple room, very spacious and spotlessly clean, we had a great view over toward the grand place. Overall a brilliant stay in a beautiful city, thank you again.

Horrible mattresses

The location is perfect. Staff are friendly. But the mattress is horrible. I’m not picky with mattresses but this was horrid. I had to change rooms because the mattress in the first room was dented so badly (body indent). The mattress in the second room was slightly better but not by much as it did slant to one side. I can’t believe how bad the mattresses are!! Clearly they need to be replaced. Also the room is showing its age. Chipped paint on the walls etc. I wouldn’t return to this hotel unfortunately. It’s a shame though because as I said the location is fantastic.
