However, we regret to hear that your initial room did not meet our standards of cleanliness and that the sound insulation did not provide the peace and comfort we aim to offer. We understand the importance of a restful environment and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Additionally, we acknowledge your disappointment regarding in-room amenities and the absence of tea and coffee facilities in standard rooms. We offer these conveniences in our premium rooms, along with other enhanced features, for those who value these additional comforts. As for the towels, we strive to balance guest comfort with environmental considerations, providing extra towels upon request to align with our Planet 21 initiative. Regarding the late checkout policy, we aim to accommodate our guests' needs while managing the availability of our rooms, and we are sorry if this policy did not meet your expectations on this occasion. We understand that the availability of in-room amenities such as coffee and bottled water can significantly enhance the comfort of your stay. Additionally, we are sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the water charge on the second day of your stay.
